📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Customized kits or bundles may take 7–10 business days depending on availability.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

🌎 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.


📬 Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at orders@lucruminternational.com.


🛑 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Send a photo of the item(s), packaging, and your order number to orders@lucruminternational.com for resolution.

We do not offer replacements for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

Items related to events, camps, or classes (including training kits or exclusive merch) may ship closer to the scheduled event. Pre-order timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.


🔁 Returns & Refunds
