  • Franchise/licensing opportunities

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

To use our services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • A minor with parental or guardian consent to participate in applicable programs

  • Capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law

All payments are due at the time of registration or checkout unless otherwise specified. Payment plans are binding and must be fulfilled in full. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized payment processors.

All course content, logos, trademarks, video recordings, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Lucrum International, LLC or its partners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of our content without express written permission.

  • Misuse our platforms or attempt unauthorized access

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or participants

  • Share or sell course content or digital materials

Violation of these terms may result in removal from programs and legal action.

Lucrum International, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.

Participation in physical or live events is at your own risk. By attending, you agree to hold Lucrum harmless for any injuries, loss, or claims.

Lucrum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, event, or course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer credit toward a future service but are not obligated to issue refunds.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for transactional and communication purposes.

🔹 9. Testimonials & Media Consent

By participating in any Lucrum-affiliated service, you agree that we may use your image, likeness, testimonial, or performance in marketing and promotional materials across media platforms, unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to participation.
